Projects and investments

The company Optiplast Ltd. puts the use of state-of-the-art technology and increased product quality as one of its primary goals. This can be achieved only with a continuous investment plan through projects financed either from own resources, with co-financing from European funds or through programs for stimulating entrepreneurship from the Republic of Croatia.

Over the years, through intensive investments in renewal and expanding the production capacities, we have implemented a new and very modern plastic (polyethylene and polypropylene) recycling line, we modernized existing extruders and acquired a new extruder, installed a new machine for the production of garbage bags, and two machines for producing shopping bags and freezer bags. Through 2017, we plan to purchase another extruder, two breakers and one machine for the production of bags in blocks.

All this is followed by employment, so in the past period, approximately 20 new employees were employed.
